Sarah started in the online space around 2014, developing an interest in digital real estate and investing in online businesses. She went on to complete studies in Business and Digital Marketing and continues to attend monthly education workshops and annual events to stay up to date with the fast paced world of SEO.

Sarah spent 20 years working in emergency services (police and firefighting), so she has a broad view of the world without her Marketing Cap on. She’s lived in the Illawarra since 2004 and enjoys being outdoors whenever possible. She likes running, regular sauna bathing, Disney karaoke and spending time with her partner, three children and dogs.

Ness has a keen eye for detail and does a lot of the “behind the scenes” work at Top Gong Digital Marketing. She carries out keyword and competition research, which plays a big part in our overall SEO strategies. She moved from the NSW South Coast to Wollongong in 1997 to complete her university degree and has lived in the Illawarra ever since.
With over 20 years experience as a fulltime firefighter, stepping into the world of websites was more of a giant leap for Ness. The result for our clients is that Ness can explain what we do it a way that every business owner (even the not-so-techie ones), can understand!
Ness enjoys surfing, bushwalking and rugby league. She is happiest when she’s hanging out with her family, with a ball in her hands and sand on her toes.
